1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the u444 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using u444's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

u444 provides a secure and transparent online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. Our platform operates under SSL encryption and fair play principles. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services offered by u444, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and more), online casino games, slot games, live dealer games, and any new services added in the future. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use any service on u444, you must be at least 21 years old. We may request proof of age verification at any time. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Rule

Only one account is allowed per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be completely true and accurate. u444 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false information is provided. Please notify our support team immediately if any of your personal details change.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

u444 provides services specifically for users in Bangladesh. Creating or using an account from regions where online gambling is legally prohibited is strictly not allowed. Attempting to access the platform using a VPN or proxy may result in account suspension.

3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account secure. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Avoid logging into your account on other people's devices.
• Clear your browser cache after logging out.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. u444 will not be liable for unauthorized access, although we will take all security complaints seriously and investigate them thoroughly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are supported for depositing funds at u444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300.

Depositing funds through any payment method not registered in your own name is not allowed. Deposits made through a third party may result in account suspension and a more complex refund process.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 KYC Verification

For security purposes, u444 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If required documents are not provided in time, the account may be restricted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at u444 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus portion only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or other fraudulent activities — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

The u444 VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

The more you play and stay active on the platform, the greater your chance of automatically moving up to a higher tier.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Please read the rules and conditions for each game carefully before placing any bet. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, although exceptions apply if an event is cancelled or suspended.

6.2 Event Cancellation & Suspension

If a sporting event is cancelled, suspended, or disrupted, u444 reserves the right to refund or settle bets in accordance with its established policy. If an event is cancelled after half of play has been completed, settlement will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6.3 System Errors

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a software or hardware error, u444 reserves the right to void those bets. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of an obvious error will be cancelled.

6.4 Fair Play Policy

u444 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play across all games. Any form of manipulation or use of automated software is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on u444 and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds if detected:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing the bonus system or match betting
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Stealing other members' information or attempting fraud
• Attempting to breach platform security or hacking
• Operating an account under a false identity or a third party's identity
• Intentionally exploiting system errors

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the u444 platform — including designs, graphics, logos, software, text, audio, and video elements — is the intellectual property of u444 or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Members are granted a limited licence to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence is non-transferable and is immediately revoked upon any breach of these Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

u444 accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets not placed due to internet disruption or technical issues
• Errors by third-party service providers
• Loss caused by a user's negligence or disclosure of account details to a third party
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.)

In any circumstances, u444's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of funds held in your account. u444 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11.2 Self-Closure
